The 2nd International Conference on the Physiology and Acoustics of Singing brought together performers, voice educators, voice scientists, medical doctors and behavioral therapy specialists from the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, France, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden in a unique format of lectures, demonstrations and performances. It was held in Denver, Colorado, U.S.A. October 7th - 9th, 2004.
